Easy Fiesta Game Day Dip

(((Are you ready for some football)))!  I shouldn’t have to tell you what day it is. Here is an easy to put together Gameday snack, you and the men in your life will love. This will become a gameday favorite.
Tomato and lettuce topping give this Game day Favorite a little more crunch and texture, and doesn’t the color look appetizing.Yum!

Ingredients:
1, 8oz block Cream Cheese, softened
8 oz. of Salsa, your pick on Spicyness
1 tablespoon of onion Powder

1 cups of Sharp Shredded Cheddar Cheese
1 Tomato, Chopped
1 cups of shredded lettuce

NOTE: I use bag shredded lettuce, don't forget to rinse it.

Directions:
In a bowl, mix the first 3 ingredients, cream cheese may need to sit out for an out for an hour or 2, to be softened. I cut it, in small squares to make it soften faster. Once mixed together, spread in a brownie sized pan. And refrigerate for 2 hours or overnight.

Then sprinkle the Shredded Cheese, tomato, and lettuce , cover and refridgerate until served. you can top with lettuce right before serving for freshness.

TIP: Drain the rinsed lettuce on a paper towel after rinsing, to get rid of excess water.

Serve with Tortilla chips
