Healthier Chocolate Chip Cookie Need a healthier chocolate chip cookie Here's my take.
1 Cup Self-rising flour 1/2 cup Almond Meal
1/2 cup Oat flour
1/2 cup Granulated Sugar
1/2 cup Brown Sugar
1 Stick Butter/Margarine
3/4 cup Chocolate Chips
Preheat oven to 350*
In a bowl, mix the first 5 ingredients. Then add the butter or margarine.
Once mixed blend in the Chocolate Chip.
Using almond and oat flours helps to decrease the bad carbs, almond meal actually adds protein.
Bake for 15 minutes, let cool.
Eat and enjoy!

Chocolate Snickers Snowballs
Looking for a delectable winter treat, try this take on the classic

Shortbread is also easily overbaked and this recipe solves that
problem for new bakers.

1/8 cup Quick oats
1 stick butter/margarine
1 tsp Vanilla

1 cup powdered sugar, for dipping
Preheat oven to 375*
In a bowl, mix the first 5 dry ingredients together. Then add egg,
margarine and Vanilla. Mix well then fold in the Snickers pieces.
TIP: Melt butter in microwave for about 30 secs.
Form into balls and place on cookie sheet, bake for 12-14 minutes
Remove from baking sheet let cool for a few minutes then dip in
powdered sugar. You can place powdered sugar in a bag to coat

Chocolate No-Bake Cookies
These cookies are a delicious confection of chocolate. You have heard I LOVE CHOCOLATE! No really, I love chocolate. I have had this recipe for about 20 years. Gosh, I can't believe I'm - years old. Oh wait a minute you thought I was gonna share my age. Share yours first then I'll tell u mine. These cookies are naturally gluten free since they contain no flour and they are so good, you won't miss the flour. They will satisfy your need for chocolate with just one or two.
2 Cups Sugar
1/2 Cup Margarine ( 1 Stick)
1/2 Cup Milk
Note: Whole or 2% milk, no skim or 1%
1/2 Cup Peanut Butter
2 Cups Oatmeal
1/2 Cup Cocoa Powder
1 Tsp Vanilla Extract
In a non-stick Saucepan mix the Sugar , Margarine, Milk together Stirring Frequently on medium high heat. Bring to a boil and boil for at least 3 minutes and continue stirring. This is the basis for many home candies. Then add the Peanut butter and Cocoa, keep stirring until melted in and then remove from heat.
Then add the Oatmeal and Vanilla . Mix together and drop heaping tablespoons onto wax paper.
Tip: This cookie works best with prepping ahead. Example: Oatmeal measured in a bowl and cocoa and P.B. measured and ready. Wax paper set and ready. I usually just use one pan for easier clean up and add my Oatmeal to the saucepan. Do whatever you need to and keep it easy on yourself.
Let Cool then remove from Wax paper and I place mine in a storage container in the Fridge.
Can be stored in Fridge for about 2 weeks.
Eat and Enjoy!

Flourless Monster Cookie
This flourless Homemade cookie is just enough sweetness to satisfy a sweet tooth but not so much sugary that it ruins your waste-line or your diet. Even if you are not Gluten sensitive, the fact that it uses no butter or margarine, which means there is not a lot of fats in the cookie. Now, I have tasted some gluten free cookies & most make me go Yuuuk! But this one is good, and even if your not gluten free, you'll like this cookie which comes in at around 150 cal. per cookie, with less sugar and fats & is bigger than that lil ole Oreo, sorry Oreo, lol.
